Съвет: използвай отделен имейл, създаден само за това, ако не искаш да показваш личния си.

Как да ги използваш
- Намери формата или имейла на сайта – във футъра: „Content Removal“, „DMCA“, „Contact“, „Terms“. Списък и снимки: стъпка по стъпка.
- (а) Шаблон 1 – искане за премахване на интимно съдържание без съгласие. Винаги работи, не изисква истинско име.
- (б) Шаблон 3 (DMCA) – само ако ти си заснел/а кадрите. Изисква истинско име; често е най-бързият път.
- (в) Шаблон 2 – до хостинга, ако сайтът мълчи 3–7 дни. Хостинга намираш с ICANN Lookup и ipinfo (снимки).
- (г) Шаблон 6 – напомняне/ескалация в същата имейл нишка, ако няма отговор.
- Ако има уеб форма, постави текста в полето за описание. Не прикачвай самите кадри – само линкове.
- Паралелно: премахване от Google и StopNCII.

Как да го използваш
- Първо запази доказателства – скрийншоти, линкове, име на канала. Виж Доказателства.
- Копирай линка на всяка публикация: на компютър – десен бутон върху публикацията → Copy Post Link; на телефон – задръж публикацията → Copy Link. Линкът изглежда така:
https://t.me/канал/123. - Избери адреса: abuse@telegram.org (Шаблон 4) – винаги при снимки без съгласие. dmca@telegram.org (Шаблон 5) – допълнително, само ако ти си заснел/заснела кадъра.
- Попълни полетата, натисни „Копирай текста“ и „Копирай темата“ и ги постави в нов имейл.
- Ако предпочиташ, изпрати от имейл, който не е свързан с истинското ти име (при Шаблон 4). При DMCA трябва истинско име.
- Не прикачвай самите снимки – линковете са достатъчни.
- Докладвай и в приложението (Report върху публикацията/канала) – двата начина се допълват.
- Какво да очакваш: отговор не винаги идва и сроковете са различни. Провери линковете след няколко дни; ако съдържанието е още там, изпрати повторно и отбележи датата на първото писмо.
Шаблон 4: Telegram – незаконно съдържание (abuse@telegram.org)
Изпраща се на abuse@telegram.org. Подходящ винаги, когато кадрите са споделени без твое съгласие в група, канал или от конкретен потребител.
